Sections 1 to 4 takes approximately 16 hours to complete (6 hours reading and completing forms, 10 hours watching video training.) Who is to complete this training?
- Overseers
- Pastors, future pastors and their spouse
- Core Leaders (small group/bible study leaders, leaders of children and youth, music leader, hosts, people counting offering, board members – any person with responsibility at your location.)
Email to request the password: international@myhomechurch.ca. In the email, include your name, your Home Church location name, your position and the name of the Home Church pastor/overseer you are working with. Once you receive the password, continue to Section 1 training.
Note: When you have completed Section 4, we will send you the Leadership Training exam. We ask that you do not look for answers in the training material, so try to start this training at a time when you can finish it in a few days – it will be easier for you to write the exam.
Section 5 has additional training (everyone is encouraged to learn as much as you can ,) or it may be used as an optional six-month weekly mentoring program – working towards receiving a “Leadership Diploma.”
